Conditions Brainport TechLaw IP Consultation Hour

During the Brainport TechLaw IP Consultation Hour you can ask question to an IP expert and receive general information. With this information you can determine whether you need an IP expert and if so, what kind (legal/fiscal).

The information you receive during the IP consultation is not comprehensive and is not intended as legal advice. This can therefore never be considered as such, regardless of the information that is exchanged.

The exchange of information does not implicate that a client-service provider relationship exists with the IP expert. This means that the information you exchange does not include any professional secrecy of the relevant IP expert. Therefore, do not provide any confidential information that you want to be covered by professional secrecy. This does not detract from the fact that the IP expert at the Brainport TechLaw IP Consultation Hour will handle your information confidentially.

Providing information during the Brainport TechLaw IP Consultation Hour does not mean that the office of the IP expert in question would subsequently have a conflicting interest in a dossier that is currently or in the future being processes by the office of the IP expert in question. This means that the (office of the) IP expert has no formal impediment to act for a counterparty.
